另一种是银行已经APPROVE了的SHORT SALE，但是前一个出OFFER的买家跑了，现在又回
到市场上，说是30天内可以CLOSE，这种情况是不是就相当于定价出售了？而且还说THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD IN ITS PRESENT. 是不是连INSPECTION都不许了呢？

but if you offer lower than bank approved price, and the seller accepts your
offer, your offer has to go through the entire process from the very
beginning, which can take months
you can inspect the house, but the bank will not do any repair.

even if you offer the same price, the progress may be faster or may not be
you can do inspection, but for a short sale if you find some issues they pro
