lock的rate是21天的，下周一就过期了！现在大家都要等这么久的appraisal吗？
心里着急，给lender写信，了你的人是这样解释的：
Lender is review all the conditions prior ordering loan doc. Appraiser has
finished the inspection and will forward it to appraisal company, then they
will email it to you directly. Once it is done, we will get loan doc.
他说的是实话吗？谢谢大家！ |

拜五收到report。不过各州各地的情况肯定不一样。

我们的appraisal fee是这周一才划走的。

了支票，当然cancel费他们出，后来钱是在close的时候一起付的。

ａｐｐｒａｉｓａｌ ｆｅｅ是ｃｌｏｓｉｎｇ的时候一起算的，由ｅｓｃｒｏｗ把钱
收起了再分配的，该谁的谁的。哪有提前划的？

因为是lerder order的，但是你应该受到正式的邮寄appraisal report。一般在
inspection之后三个工作日内report要出来，你的lender明显在忽悠你

发帖数: 8042 | 8 appraisal要先收费的，不过你能不能close，这个钱是一旦作了appraisal就必然收走
了。

做了的话大概三五天报告就可以出来了（中间有个review的程序）。没做的话就难说。
现在这事是国家监管，lender只能order，不能催。
看楼主应该是lender收到报告了，那就无所谓了吧？反正只要他们给贷款就可以了。是
还想用appraisal讲价吗？ |

We are also in 南加州, and in the same area with zhanglaosan, heihei
Our lender said they did not get the report, and asked us to wait!
The biggest trouble is we locked 21 day's rate, and it will be expired 3
days later!
I never thought 用appraisal讲价, that's impossible...
Anybody can tell me what else I need to do to make the process faster???

For me, the report was stuck in a "review" section (this is one mandatory
procedure) for about three days.
pat pat, the report will become available any minute. And rate may become
lower. It can become a good thing for you..
