在Geico主页上quote价钱，把房子信息输进去后，那个dwelling什么的好像就自动给出
来了，能自己改么？
loan agent说"the amount of insurance required on your property should at
least equal the lessor of 100% of the insurable value of the improvement, or
the unpaid principal balance of the mortgage as long as it equals the
minimum amount required to compensate for damage or loss on a replacement
cost basis"
那么这个amount跟那个dwelling有什么关系么？appraisal给出来的rebuild cost明显
比geico上的dwelling amount要多，怎么办呢？
loan agent还说coverage要大于这个rebuild cost + replaceme
