Depends. But your insurance will cover most - hopefully. The cost for mine
is about 800 but I paid about 100 out of my own pocket.

you'd better make an appointment before you go and check the web to find
someone close and in the network (your insurance will only cover a portion
of your cost if you select someone not in their network). as for how much to
pay, it will depend on your plan and what you want for your new glasses (
frame and lens).
