seller agent can't give you commission rebate. It's illegal.
But in CA, you can make the seller agent to be dual agent, then you can
legally get commission rebate.

我觉得唯一跟法律关联上的可能就是
agent跟broker签了合同,不能给rebate。否则法律会管这个?
这东西本来就是realtor维护垄断地位的手段,要是写道法律里面那也够霸道的了。

exclusively now. Directly call listing agent to let her/him show me the
house.
