找了个有LICENSE的GENERAL CONTRACTOR, 报了个下列价格给我.
以下都是做BASEMENT房间的活的.
Downstairs Living Room (大约350 square feet)
- Remove existing carpet,
- Replace with laminate flooring and baseboard
- Material allowance ($1.50) per sq ft
- Total cost for material and labor $1200
Bathroom
- Remove/replace toilet
- Remove/replace sink, cabinet and fixture |

order the material yourself, so that
you can get what you want. Alternatively, you can ask your contractor to get
the material and you reimburse
him.
For a 350 sqft room, laminate flooring
materia $1x350 = 350
labor $2x350 = 750
total is at least $1100, so your contractor's $1200 is not that bad. Btw,
installing laminate floor is very simple,
youtube videos show how to do it.

我选择工程一定选有allowance的，这样你就知道，理工方面他不能打迷糊，表面化妆
允许allowance,不过话又讲回来，现在生意真得那么难做？一般put allowance 的工程
都上5万以上的 |
