和fan.可是最近两天实在太忙没时间清理mold.请问地下室有mold会影响地上一层和二
层的空气质量吗? 我们的空调装在地下室. 这样会不会对身体健康不好啊? |

除,准备周末买药水.有CONTRACTOR来建议我们做FRENCH DRAIN,7000多呢.有必要做吗?
没看到有水进来啊. |

the basement air will be mixed with the air in the upper levels, then the
mold can affect the health of your family, which is a very bad thing.
So it is better for you to clean as much as possible before it gets worse or
cause more damage. The simplest way is to use a mop with bleach mixed with
water, as 10% as I heard, to thoroughly clean the molded area.

发帖数: 15836 | 4 Usually you don't need a french drain if you don't find water coming into
your basement or have very web area near your house. In this case mold in
the basement can be fixed by removing it with bleach and keeping it dry with
dehumidifier.

Would you please give us your phone number? You seem to know a lot about
mold. We had the contractors come in but we know they want to make a lot of
money from us so they can't be trusted. They all suggest us do the french
drain. Thanks a lot!!

I was almost killed by my basement mold. I followed what I suggested to you
earlier and now my basement is a totally enjoyable place for my whole family
. Actually I put my study in my basement and I am using it a lot.
French drain is used to remove excessive water near your house which can
cause strain to your basement. So if you have large amount of water running
near your house during rain, or you have water accumulat

发帖数: 618 | 7 Just spray bleach over the mold. When dry, bleach again. Then spray "kill"
to prevent the mold to come back.
As long as you can keep the area dry, the the bleach and kill will work fine

moved in.
I used bleach to clean the mold, re-paint the wall, and TURN ON the
dehumidifier. everything is fine since then, almost 1 year, no more mold
ever showing up.
I am not sure should I disclose this info when I sell my house in the future
. maybe too early to think about it now. |

Serious itchy and swollen skin all over the body.
Feeling dizzy and extremely weak, and had to sleep 2 hours after
sitting 1 hour.
Blood pressure reached as low as 60.
Heart rate reached as high as 120.
Feeling heart disorder and 胸闷.
I found massive mold on the bottom of my bed and some furniture in the
basement, as well as a little bit on the wall, in the basement. I am sure it
was the cause for all these symptom that I had.
