我去年买房后大概一个月多点收到房产证，previous lender怎么给我寄呢？

In California, another most important deed is deed of trust. That was what I
mentioned. This deed secures the lender for payment of the obligation due.
That is why foreclosure sale is also called trust of deed sale.

electronically stored. If you have never received this one, you can go to
county to do a search. In LA, it is free.
