否则的话，不那么抢手的地区，seller agent永远是seller第一，多半是seller的亲朋
好友，你要是不是特别谨慎的话利益很容易受损，人也未必给你争取你的利益啥的

最多agent叫你match别人的出价

发帖数: 94654 | 4 嗯，但是找dual agent agent賺双份钱，至少能让你比其他人更有机会一些
火爆地区是抢房子，相对买家要求低，能买到就很开心了
要是真的买方市场区，找list agent基本上就是自己的利益全部放弃了

of course the key is a "good" agent, hehe

go after the seller if you find some undisclosed problem, and you need to
pay big $ to fix it etc.
Basically a good buying agent is a pain in the ass for seller after
everything signed...

发帖数: 3888 | 11 多谢各位信息. 我们现在看上这套已经在市场上有40天,去看了看状况,发现里外都要整
,可能要花6w以上, 仅从价钱上来说,直接找seller agent可能有不少砍价空间. 我主要
关心的问题就是房子本身有没有什么问题,是不是自己找人做home inspection就可以知
道(seller agent已经做过检查,报告上没什么大问题),还是最好找buyer agent来看看. |
