residence is detached; another one is a old 'SFH' but shares 2 walls with
neighbors. I noticed that the property tax rate is higher for the condo,

though the property may share one or 2 walls, they are all called SFH. I
heard that 'SFH' or 'condo' affects the mortgage interest. I will check with
my loan broker tomorrow. |
