们开始用她的时候，她的RATE就一直很高，连续比版里给的VA，MA，和CA的RATE要高at
least .125，现在都高了.3; 今天版里说RATE比昨天低了，今天她却说比昨天高.125
。感觉这个BROKER不TRUSTWORTHY!
我们文件全都交给她了，程序都在做了，APPRAISAL也在做了:
现在还能换BROKER（如果新的跟旧的用的是一个LAWYER）？
还来得及换BROKER吗，如果２／１４要COMMITMENT 的话？

they even can waive your closing fee, you know...

covered by broker, including appraisal fee, if it is a refinance.

refinance.

beginning. The fastest case I heard is about 3 weeks. 1 week is impossible.
