看： 我们的房子inspector没找到啥毛病（用了agent推荐的inspector...)，所以不需
要final
walk through了。
seller应该是蛮decent的人的感觉，可是心里觉得不最后去看看不大踏实。
大家都要去做final walk through么？

发帖数: 209 | 5 You must have the final walk through within 24 hrs before closing. Check if
they clean the house, did all the fix, and did not damage the house.
The house must be in the same condition as during the inspection + fixed all
the things you required.
I usually put final walk through contingency in the contract to prevent the
new damage. |
