My home should close on Monday (2 days later).
But I found two little repairs are not done properly.
(1) paint door top and door bottom?
(2) secure the timer box for sprinkler system.
Shall I close on time monday morning and let the seller fix it before I get
the key?
Or shall I defer my closing date?
If I close on monday, and if anything happened to the people who do these
two repairs, I guess my insurance should take care of them?
Any suggestions?

were you, I'd close it on time without 2nd thought.

Yes. The problems are very minor, my agent suggested me to close on time.
They said they will definitely fix this on Monday.
Considering I need to be out of town and need to move everything there soon,
I think I will close ontime.
