agent说好，你除了最多两天的interest overlap,其它任何cost都不用你自己出。
做完loan两三个星期之后，基本该退还的钱也应该都寄给你了，到时拿最后的HUD给你
的agent,debit/credit一下，欠你的补上就好了 |

发帖数: 2712 | 3 所谓loan origination fee，也就是GFE里box 1的number，正常情况下，那个number在
disclose之后，是根本不能改的，除非是客人自己要求买point之类的。
另外，对于no cost refi，大致有3部分钱是客人需要在closing的时候自己交的。
1）prepay interest，就是从funding当天到下个月1日的按天算的新loan的利息。
2）property tax已经homeowner ins 在escrow账户里的deposit。如果在银行收到第一
笔monthly payment之前就要代替客人交property tax，那么银行会预收那笔前，而且
会在funding之后尽快交给township。
3）新的loan amount与现有loan的payoff balance间的差额。payoff balance高，客人
需要补钱进去，payoff balance低，那么多出来的钱会冲抵前面两项的钱。
旧loan的escrow account会在loan被payoff之后结算，把里面的balance退回给客人。
对于overlap的interest，是无法避免的，也根不不属于closing cost。 |

发帖数: 2712 | 11 任何情况下pay off一个loan都会有类似手续费的。这是旧loan的费用，不是新loan的
。refi的agent不cover这个费用不出奇。
旧loan被pay off之后，旧的银行要去county注销之前的登记的，收钱也是合理的呀。
