prepare的 offer）然后发给了我们的agent。 是一个bank own 内部condition比较差
的房子。
今天早上，我们的agent又发给我们一个文件，又是一个类似于contract的文件，他叫
我们签名，有问题问他，但是我看了一下这个文件，和之前我们sign的offer letter很
不一样了。
里面重要的几点不同是：
1） 本来说 seller负责把水电弄好让我们inspection的，现在变成开水开电，
inspection 这些都要我们负责我们付钱。
这个正常吗？
2）本来说 seller会负责某些insepction 比如 wood insect and nature harzrd
detection等
现在这些斗没有提到了。
是不是应该叫他们加到文件里？
3） 然后现在的文件里面有这么一句话：
Purchase Price： the purchase price for the property shall be the purchase
price, which shall be due and payable by buyer to seller.
然后下面list了 amount， 那如果是这样的话， insepction之后，是不是也只能按照
这个价格买了？ 不能还价了？房子是 sold as is condition，然后文件里写了完全不
repaire， repair 都要buyer 负责。 |

Price, which shall be due

1)earnest money( deposit)
2)balance
那是不是价格就定了啊？

Normally it is seller's responsibility to have utilities on so you could have inspection done.
