月的钱给原房主;interest12月份的交在escrow account里,1月份的interest2月1日
交。lender来的form 1098里没有。
请问我这样情况去年12月的property tax和interest能做为deduction么? |

on your final closing statement, could be eligible for tax deduction only if
you itemize (schedule A of 1040 form).

1. 你用ITEMIZED DEDUCTION
2. 你用HUD-1的STATEMENT证明
as long as you could substantiate, you should be fine.
