Purchaser(s) do/don't wish to have XXX (title company) order a house
location survey of the subject property, the cost of which will be paid at
settlement
这个survey的目的是什么，必须要做的么？请过来人指点，多谢！

发帖数: 942 | 8 In my case, the bank require the survey. If the survey is available in the
County, it's not required. The bank may have specific requirement for the
survey. But your attorney will know better.

发帖数: 3523 | 11 不同州规定不一样吧，如果是买房，NJ 和NY都是要求survey的。但不一定要重新做，
很多房子是有旧的survey的，title search出来就可以用，或者再做个endorsement之
类的，比重新做survey便宜。 |
