请问这个问题有多严重？如果修的话要多少钱呢？是让 seller 修，还是要 credit 等
买房以后自己修？这里是 Portland,OR 地区，几乎天天都下雨。

Inspection of the raised foundation area has revealed standing water all
along the north and
east walls. Non-standard trenches have been dug within the soil to allow
water to flow to a low point drain however, some of the trenches have
collapsed which does not allow the water to flow to be eradicated. This is
natural occurring ground moisture, as well as, moisture that is coming into
the raised foundation area along the foundation footing. At this time it is
recommended that the raised foundation area be evaluated by a qualified
licensed drainage expert to ensure that no water ever exists within the
raised foundation area.
Agent 说是小问题，$2500左右就可以修好，是真的么？ 前两天在这里问了 AC 的问题
，也是这个房子，seller disclose 去年夏天不能 work at full capacity。而且
inspection 还发现 roof 是２０年的，而房子现在已经１６年了。
还是很喜欢这个房子的内部的，现在发现这３个问题，是应该 walk away 呢？还是要
求 seller 降价呢？降多少呢？

发帖数: 8162 | 3 Agent都说是小问题，至少在NJ，$2500是不可能的，这个moisture的问题蛮麻烦的，你
让agent找一个contractor给你一个estimate，这样的话是真是假就清楚了。

你要做的：找人估价，然后根据估价找卖家要credit。估价几千到1万都有可能。有估
从内部修的，有估从外部修的。
然后，买来后，DIY就行了。首先是外部搞好gutter的出口，如果不行就regrading。再
不行加drainage，DIY需要几十个小时+几百材料费。 | a*******7
