发帖数: 1879 | 4 1. Not sure why do you need to get two loans rather than one super
conforming
loan? Not too many lenders can do 2nd loan now.
2. You can also consider paying the PMI or do FHA loan.
3. Or get the money from your 401K, which will not impact your DTI.
4. Or take gift money from your relatives. Only the new purchase primary
living property can take gift money but not investment property.

After closing, I can refinance the 2nd one. |

get the house. Rate already jumped high today.

是得额外花钱补贷款。。。

没有提过super conforming，不知道我这个地区是否可以做super conforming。 如果
可以，super conforming也是和417K 同一个interest rate？

that we both work for < 1 yr. But is that the reason?
I don't understand if 420K can be approved, why 60K can not be approved?
Though, the 2nd mortgage has higher interest rate, 5%. |

发帖数: 994 | 16 恩，大家想法其实对了，不过你也提到一个问题，你在哪个州哪个county，不是所有的
county都能够达到417000-625500的super conforming （high Balance），如果417000
是limit，那超过一块钱就是Jumbo了，那underwriting的要求跟你现在所被要求的就完
全不一样了，lender能不能接受80%的LTV也是问题了。
话说回来，如果能够走Super Conforming(High Balance）的话，还是从了吧；如果只
能走jumbo，太难；而piggyback loan（1st + 2nd），在目前这个市场条件下，敢出手
的lender少之又少。
