看了很多mold帖子 有点担心 问inspector他说： I saw mildew like substance
under the window in bedroom 3. The only way to determine if is is mold is to
have it tested in a laboratory. The surface wasn't very big, so I would
recommend either cleaning the area or replacing the wood/drywall in that
cabinet (under the window). The house appeared to have been recently painted
, so any signs would mildew/mold would be covered up and impossible to tell
at this point. 没有几天option period就 结束了又碰上holiday 现在想要不要去做
mold inspection呢 都repaint cover掉了也很难查吧？？还是以后自己换cabinet或者
让seller换？ |
