T****L 发帖数: 1203	4 - Owner's title insurance是卖方向买方保证房子没有产权纠纷，所以一般是卖方买； - Lender's title insurance是借款人向lender保证要买的房子没有产权纠纷，并保证贷款是在房产抵押中的顺序符合要求，这个一般是买方（即借款人）来买。如果是现金交易，则不需要买lender's title insurance，因为没有lender参与交易。当然房地产交易中任何条款都可以讨价还价，你可根据实际情况来出价。【在 o********n 的大作中提到】 : 谁付 title insurance？ : 买方，还是卖方？ : 谢谢！
