But for the one position, there were over 40 applicants. Unfortunately, all
the Ph.D.s were marked "over-qualified".
From the > 40 applicants, 5 were selected to be phone-interviewed, among whom
2 or 3 will be called for on-site interviews.

monster, he got 600+ resumes. He selected 15 ppl for the first round
interview, 2 or 3 for the second round. Finally he will select one person.
