不是那么容易。进了公司的人都以干表征或应用的活儿为主，和化学没多大关系。我知
道的不少高手毕业带着一堆文章找工作也费了半天劲才拿到offer，绝对没有那种海阔
天空的感觉。其实高分子和化学一样，也都是在走下坡路。 |

application is how you put together all your understanding. |

发帖数: 1506 | 5 characterization of polymers is definetely not physical chemistry, if you
are not farmiliar with the properties of polymers, you can never get good
characterization data (eg. AFM). Application is different from pure
synthesis which only focuses on the narrow apsects. Industry people always
think in a totally different way. Understanding of how to publish a paper
is never same as that of manufacturing or commercialization.
