hiring foreign people?

place, since they have more paper work to do. But, I really don't know. Good luck !
BTW, are you coming from other states? Then well come to Maryland. |

发帖数: 553 | 8 As far as I know, NIST can not hire non-citizen employees as government
agency. But they do hire non-citizen contractors through other agencies, in
the case of ARRA, I think it's University of Maryland. Maybe they changed
the rules I may not aware of.
H1 transfer usually takes around 1~2 months. It would be much faster if you
expedited it.
