We are renting our beautiful 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths town
house with a garage. It is located in a safe, quiet, and well maintained
community in Greenbelt, MD, very good for people working or studying in
Univeristy of Maryland, FDA, NASA, and others around Geenbelt, College Park,
Silver Spring, and DC area.
The house is amazing and you can't beat the location. Within minutes, you
can reach I-295/I-495, NASA, K-mart, CVS, Safeway, RadioShack, banks, post
office, shopping malls. Metro bus stop and university of MD shuttle stop are
within walking distance.
Both kitchen and living room.are very spacious for your enjoyment and party.
Green backyard is quiet and soothing. 3 bedrooms are comfortably located at
the top. There's a very large room at the 1st floor that can be used as an
additional bedroom or game/exercise/entertainment room. One car garage is
neat and full of space for your tools and storage need. It has central A/C,
washer/dryer, and other standard necessities. There're playgrounds, tennis
courts, base ball and basketball fields in the community.
Comparing with a much smaller 3 bedroom in a nearby apartment, this is truly
