我的表是教务处长签的字，盖的教务处的章，因为学校小，我可能是第一个办的，可是
也没提要学校的证明人list什么的，就说要我重新寄一份１８６表，有人遇到过这种情
况吗？怎么解决的？谢谢了 |

校证明人的list和签名。。 |

The signature of the official who certified Part A of your “Form 186 -
Certification of
Identification Form” is not acceptable.
2. An original, current, full-face, passport-sized, color photograph is
required in the designated area of the Certification of Identification Form
(Form 186).
我的公证是去银行做的，照片是近照。感觉他们没有好好的看。考试时间是10－12月，
急死人了。ECFMG 的电话又打不进去，不知大家是否有通过的样本看看。多谢！

problem is my medical school didn't send the the signature list together
with 186 form to them. Please call ECFMG if you got a rejected letter..... |
