1. I saw a young healthy female patient who has vaginal bleeding after sex.
Physical was normal. I did PAP smear, cervix culture, and pelvic exam, and
order Pelvic ultrasound. What else needed to be done?
2。 One kid has facial cellulitis, I gave him Augmentin. Do I need to give
him clinidamycin to cover MRSA?

The differentiation diagnosis list including but not limited to:
1. cervical poly;
2. cervical ectropian;
3. cervcial dysplasia or cancer;
4. cervititis;
5. vaginal injury/vaginitis;
6. IUD dislocation.
If you still don't have any clue, you should refer her to Gyn. It doesn't
matter how many order you requested, the key point is how much you can
recognize the lesion.
