发帖数: 190 | 1 1. There is slight reversal of lordosis at the L1-L2 level and possibly
some very subtle dextroscoliotic curvature of the lumbar spine. Correlation
with plain film scoliotic series may be helpful as clinically indicated.
2. There is borderline congenital narrowing of the central canal along
the course of the mid to distal lumbar spine, however with no significant
central stenosis at any level .
3. At L5-S1 there is mild posterior annular disc bulging/diffuse endplate
spurring with slighly increased central prominence of the disc bulging but
no clear evidence of disc herniation or annular tear. There is borderline
narrowing of the cental canal but overall no significant central stenosis.
there is moderate left-sided hypertrophic facet arthopathy contributing to
mild encroachment upon the left lateral recess with hypertrophic spurring
contacting the lateral margin of the central left S1 nerve root just distal
to its original the thecal sac with possibly some slightly medial
displacement and distortion of the nerve root but no overt impression.
there is moderate left-side foraminal narrowing along the inner neural
foramen as well. there is no more than minimal right lateral recess
encroachment and mild right-sided foraminal narrowing along the inner
foramen.
4. At L4-L5 there is no significant degenerative disc bulging, however
mild to moderate hypertropic facet arthropathy contributes to very mild
encroachment upon the lateral recesses bilaterally . there is borderline
narrowing of the central canal but overall no significant central stenosis
and no significant foraminal narrowing on either side.
5. The remaining disc levels, T12-L4 inclusive, appear unremarkable with
no significant changes of degenerative disc disease and no significant
stenosis observed. Mild facet arthropathy is noted bilaterally at L3-L4

都会感觉腰部酸痛。没什么可分析的，MRI 都说得很清楚了。当我没回答吧。 | x********0
