吃了2周强力抗生素后，开始出现火烧心的感觉，是胃酸返流的典型症状。
医生让继续吃抑制胃酸的药：奥美拉唑。
但是这个药让我胃口大减，一个月瘦了8公斤。
现在想停药，但是24小时不到，心口堵，火烧心的感觉又来了。
请问前辈高人们：抑制胃酸返流有什么非药物的办法么？
老吃这种药不是个办法。

esophagus and gastric junction. There is a muscle sphincter (i.e.
valve) at this junction that prevents the back flow of stomach content.
Uncontrolled acid reflux can irritate your esophagus and increase risk
of esophageal cancer.
奥美拉唑 is a proton pump inhibitor. It simply decreases the acid content
in your stomach and therefore reduces your symptom and minimizes

较低的概率通过饮食传播. 比如你老是跟乙肝携带者一起吃饭.

try some others first always, the doc should have told you that.
raise the head of the bed,
after eating, keep standing up for some time,
eat something that help neutrolize gastric acid, like stream bread.
try to find out what is causing your symptoms, and treat appropriately. |

需要处方的那种口嚼片，胃部酸了吃那个中和胃酸。
