生。前列腺增生的英文叫什么？听说在美国的发病率挺高的，不知道美国人有什么治疗
方法可以根治的？国内的医生都说这病吃药很难根治，除非做手术切，这样又对身体很

另外有药可以维持，improve quality of life
根治不太可能，除非手术。

会胀大,非常难受.flamax 仅仅是肌肉松弛剂,它不能缩小前列腺.

第一件事，就是需要排除肿瘤。确定是良性的肥大。
由于才50岁，以后可能还有至少二三十年的日子要过，所以治疗上要考虑从轻的，简单
的开始。如果一个药物不好用可以考虑换药，另外可以根据需要考虑联合用药。这个需
要医生指导。
如果药物控制无效，症状明显，严重影响生活。可以考虑外科方法，比如放支架或者手
术切除。
这些方法各有利弊。一个帖子也说不清楚，请咨询医生。
另外，建议每年至少查一次PSA。 |
