you bought a house with RMB 3million, you have to pay 30k ~ 90k RMB a year.

往高了估了,其实收入少的人灰色收入也少,这些人才是大头).首尔有工作的平均一年20
万左右吧,差一半.

need to re-buy apartment if the same policy still exists (although I highly
doubt this, I believe the property tax will come up in China in the next 2-5
years.)

上海双职工家庭居多，汉城家庭主妇不少
上海很多小两口实际是6个人在买房，汉城情况不知
