Dear Mr. Duan,
I have reviewed the published correspondence between you and Mr. Edelman and
have deemed Mr. Edelman to be in the right.
As a Chinese immigrant myself, apart from your restaurants not adhering to
the provisions of State laws, I am appalled at the horrible customer service
and experience that you and your institutions provided to a legitimate and
paying customer, including ungrammatical English.
I honestly hope that you do not hide behind the veil of a “mom and pop
store” or ethnic disprivilege to call “white shame” on Mr. Edelman who is
clearly in the right and has communicated to you concisely and politely his
legal demands.
As you have been here in this country since you were three years old, almost
15 years ahead of me coming to this country at 17, you should have a good
understanding of how this country runs and how to conduct good and
legitimate business in America.
I wish you continual success in your entrepreneurial efforts.
