Not to take away from the simple fact that China did make some mistakes ...
but they notified WHO about an "unknown pneumonia virus" barely two weeks
after the first person (who had never been in Wuhan) was diagnosed with an
unknown viral pneumonia. At the time that China informed WHO - December 31st
- there were less than 40 known cases.
Trump/CDC does not approve widespread testing in the US until MARCH 3.
