includes 1 living room, 1 bath, 1 kitch. Living room is quite big. The
apartment is furnished with carpet floor (clean carpet), big and bright
windows, central A/C, electric stove and dishwasher. Nice Chinese community
apartment complex.
Location: 77** W. Bruno Ave. , Maplewood, MO 63117 (中国大院). 15 -20
minutes walking to MetroLink station (either maplewood or brentwood
station) and 8 minutes walking to Metrobus stop (near Walmart).
Big advantage: it's on 2nd floor and therefore very quiet.
Rent and utility: you pay $235 + ½ utility
