checking) 20(cc grace period)+30(fia billing cycle)+28(FIA grace period)=78
days after the cc statement day.
That is, extend your bill for 58 days in your own sentence.

On the extreme case.
your CC statement is 10/1/2010. Due date is 10/25/2010.
Your FIA statement is 10/24/2010, due date is 11/19/2010.
If you pay CC directly, you pay bill on 10/25.
If you pay CC using FIA, then pay FIA on 11/29.
Only extend the due date by 11/19-10/25=25 day.
So normally you have to change all your credit card to similar days.
Avg you save 25 days interest on your card swipe.
For people swipe for $4000 a month, you only save $4000*12* (4%/365)=$131
So not

No. if you pay cc using FIA, you pay cc bill on 10/25 which is on the next
billing cycle of fia, 10/25-11/24, then due date is 12/19/2010 (12/22/2010
in my case), so all the following will be changed.
