发帖数: 87 | 1 I received my Citi AA Gold visa and AmEx cards today. But I was told that my Gold Visa will be charged the annual fee from the first statement? The CSR said that I can call them after the first statement, and mail them copy of the proof to dispute. Is there anyone heard of this before?
Sometimes I feel that one can not trust what the CSR said. When I applied for the cards, I was told by CSR that the annual fee is waived. And I have the paper letter mailed from Citi, which showed the fee is waived for the first 12 months. | f***d
