在sprint付bill可以做到算，但如用网站缺省的模式也是走debit卡就不算，走visa信
用卡流程算。
按银行发来的email说明，似乎开账号当月不要求满足这些条件，但正好可试试哪一家
算，哪一家不算。月底银行会发信确认多少次刷卡算，多少次不算，最后是否满足他家
的要求。
