Somebody did an analysis before: only with $100K deposit, it's worth it to
keep the account and pay $12 per month for account maintenance fee. |

is bankdirect strict with the one checking account per household policy? if
not, I will open another checking account for my wife. at least the last
name is different, although address is the same.

account. the APR is still over 1%, better than the other banks.
anybody knows if there is another way to earn miles on checking accounts?
