card gentally, so you don't destory the card like I did today.

I went to a 7-11 gas station convenience store today and bought a $500+$3.95
fee Vanilla Prepaid Reload card with my Discover IT card.
I started scratch the Vanilla Prepaid Reload card(VPRC) with a penny really
hard. I ended up damaging the first three digits of the VPRC PIN. I've
gotten other prepaid phone card before, they were all much stronger or say..
. more durable than this crappy VPRC.At that time, I thought I would lose
this $500 forever. I found a 1-877-429-8140 number on the VPRC. I called it
and an agent asked me my VPRC account number(the the last four numbers is
listed on 7-11 receipt), my American Express Blue Bird(AEBB)card number and
any digit of VPRC PIN that is readable. I gave my best try on guessing the
PIN number of my VPRC. The agent took all these info and read them back to
me to make sure they are exactly the same as what I told him. And then he
told me that $500 is added into my AMBB card. I can now spend that $500 at
my will.
My Discover IT card shows the $503.95 transaction is in pending and
processing, I do not know if it will be a gas transaction yet. | w*****3

numbers bases on the print still left, you r right scratch gently or get a
trouble |
