言归正传。citi AA platinum, executive, barclays usairways 都是去年4月开的。
（1）citi小二开始说没offer，转到另一个部门的阿姨。略带威胁口气地告诉她：同时
有barclays的卡，不知道留哪张好，个人还是喜欢citi的卡，有retention offer木有
？她问：怎么一年只花了$3000+啊，是不是卡有什么problem? 答：这一年redeem了十
万aa miles，实在是没空花钱买机票啊亲。阿姨说：行吧，有两个选择：一个月内花$
95返$95，或者一个月内花$1k,返7k miles。遂从了第一个。
看来还是没有要到接下来16个月每月花$1k 送1k迈的offer。
（2）再打给barclays,同一套说辞，也是转给第二个人。很干脆，直接退89刀。
个人猜是感受了来自citi的竞争鸭梨。
（3）exe 直接转成了double cash。卡号变了，尚未收到。如果被charge年费（
partially），再来报告。
（4）再报一个spg的retention offer（去年九月），7k points or $100，秒从了第一
个。(之前一年花了$30k)
猜测给的点数是依赖于花费的增函数。
（5）两年前delta要retention未遂，怒转 blue sky，也只能在抽屉里撸撸amex offer
了。

＄95,给＄95 credit + 花$1000 给额外1000点for next 15 billing cycle.
