一直用Paypal在一些捐款网站做自动debit card transaction以符合Rewards Checking
每月12笔debit card消费要求。
最近一个月发现CCU的利息没拿到，打客服一问原来Paypal的debit transaction都算作
PIN based了，而他们一定要non-pin based的才算。问题是我从来没有提供过什么PIN
给Paypal，它怎么就自说自话安装PIN transaction来算了呢？
再仔细看银行账单，凡是transaction description里面出现“2211 North First S
San Jose CAUS”字样的都算PIN-based。
然后又换了两个别的捐款网站，貌似用monthly repeated捐款option的就算作PIN-
based，这个怎么破？

这个叫做PIN-less debit transactions. Although the transaction will be
processed like a PIN-debit transaction, the Personal Identification Number (
PIN) won't be required.
我从来没关联debit card到paypal，所以不知道有无办法破。Amazon默认也是用PIN-
less debit方式，但是有个选项可以让amazon用credit方式来charge，不知道PayPal是
否有类似option
