players for the bcs bowl game. Five games are pretty good punishment, if all
five players are staying put.
But as I recalled, bush's parent took the house, usc got penalized.

发帖数: 20256 | 3 maybe they self-report it. so it's not lack of control. OSU reported many
minor violation every year, as many other schools do. So it's probably not a
big issue. suspension for 5 games is pretty tough punishment, i think.
The problem, though, is if they are eligible if they receive the benefit, i am not sure the rule. but i think the amount of money is small enough. | m*******r
