发帖数: 20256 | 5 Just as i expected. not sure if it's a good hire, we won't find out soon. but i think he could be one of the best fit other than JH. he is indeed waiting, he didn't sign the extend contract with SDSU, waiting silently. I can see his passion to Michigan, that Les Miles and JH don't have at this point. Of course, both of them have better options. |

The best hire is young, talented and passionate coach.
Currently the best in that list include:
1. JH - no interest
2. Boise State's coach - no interest
3. NW's coach - no interest
4. Temple's coach - to Miami
Now this SDSU guy is not as successful but still fits in that type.
Les Miles, in my opinion, would be a horrible hire again. |

定是在密大而不是其他学校创造的，看过他执教过的球队和了解他的人就知道，这是一
个非常好的教练。几年以后别人如果把这帖子挖出来，然后嘲笑我说brady hoke是个rr
一样的教练，我非常愿意接受嘲笑。San Diego State在hoke来之前football快要死了
，现在谁还记得Don Coryell? Marshall Faulk? chuck long把sdsu的足球从快死搞到
僵尸，是hoke一来，把整个风气就扭转过来了，比如：
1。不直接干预coordinator的工作，OC, DC，Al Borgers and Rocky Long， 非常好的
pro style coordinator，他的领导能力很强。
2。不甘平庸。上任第一年，就说自己的ultimate goal是去密大执教， sdsu的goal是
山西冠军，不只是说说而已，他自己的目标这么快就达到，和jim H，les miles选择不
去是有关，但是这并不说明hoke没有这个能力，假如他在sdsu再多呆几年，真的有可能
像tcu，utah一样。他是真的有champions heart.
3。防守专家，密大现在最缺这样的教练，看看密大现在的防守就知道。
这绝对是好hire |

发帖数: 1458 | 21 当年招rr的时候我就感觉不妙，因为他的辟邪剑我说实话我个人觉得不太适合密大的传
统，而密大最自以为骄傲的恰恰是自己的传统和所谓的michigan man。本来rr来之前，
密大已经斗不过osu了，如果一个rivarly中你斗不过，那在整个college football
stage，基本也打酱油，就像密大前几年一样。rr来了以后，彻底把fan base 又分化了
，现在还有人要多留他一年，说是他快成功了， 完全是痴人说梦啊，痛快结束是最好
的办法。
hoke不会一下子成功的，但是我认为可以3年之内打败osu，密大会逐渐重新成为b10的
冠军争夺者，the game， 会更加有意思，现在基本不看了说实话。
