区别的是punt.
Onside kick 和 regular kick off 球只要过了10个yard就生效了，双方都可以接球。
punt 不一样，接球方只要不碰球，球权就属于接球方。
Fair catch的优点在于你拿到球，球就一定是你的，踢球队员不允许冲撞你，碰你等等
。但是缺点是拿到球这个球就死了，不能继续advance. Fair catch并不给接球队员任
何优先接球的权利。
接球方的接球保护权和fair catch 是分开的规则，如果球员身体处在一个可以接到球
的位置，那么他身体的一定范围内受到保护不可以干扰他接球，另外他也可以使用fair
catch signal 保证自己接到球后不受到碰撞，当然也可以选择不使用.但是这个权利并
不影响
对方接球。有一次,regular kick off,踢球，踢得上不上，下不下，接球方confused了
，然后就被踢球放拿到球了，球也就算是踢球方的了。
昨天的那个是clemson没有任何一个球员处于可以接到球的位置。
