the landlord. For example, you got the electricity directly from Electrical
company (such as you opened account with power company directly). Actually
, that's why there is so called "Renters' Insurance" for the situation that
something happens to your rented apartment, then you can file a claim to
that insurance.
Same situation for house owners can file a claim to house insurance for the
lost (such as refreg. food gone bad due to lost power) encountered.
