越穷，估计以后越来越多人会得到PT
估计没人像我这么研究过parking 的regulation和dispute过这么多
PT. 总结一下以下几点没写对或者没写是被认为PT无效的。如果申诉，
自动dismissed.
1.License Plate number and State of registration
2.Vehicle Make
3 Time of Issuance (to the minute ,with AM/PM)
4.Date of offense (with MM DD YY)
5.Place of occurance
6.Registration Expiration date unless it was not shown
(then you will get another type of ticket )
7.Plate Type: Pas /Com or others unless is was not shown
(then you will get another type of ticket)
8.Vehicle Body type
9.Parking Meter number if violation is related to parking meter
10.Sign of violations unless parking is ALWAYS prohibited
11. Violation code
12. " Feet from" entry if Fire Hydrant vilation
13. Issuer's signature

已经替我省了不少。大家如果因此省到了记得请我吃饭or发包子给我啊

基本没戏了现在。都是用PDA打的ticket，要找这些漏洞基本上是不可能出现的了。 |
