I would stay away from those. If you still want it, put into the contract
and have the current owner remove it. Make sure it doesn't damage the
foundation.

发帖数: 1006 | 4 my inlaw converted from oil to gas a few years ago in brooklyn for about 4K,
including remove the tank but i had to fill the hole with sand... you can
ask them to fill it without take it out i think if it's too much work. |

oil heat to gas heat. you can email them to get a quote, it's a one day job
for them. |

you need first file application with gas company
gas company will come to make sure pipe is well connected. if not, they need
get it so, which means they will dig holes and trench in ground and walls.
and inspector will come
and gasometer will be installed
then the plumber will install the new boiler and remove the old one
and inspector will come again
