, it now grows into 5 times as big.
with that amount of kefir grains, it takes 4 hrs to make 16 oz of kefir, it
gets hard for me to control timing.
so i decide to give some away.

fyi, kefir is like liquid yugurt, you can ferment under room temperature.
all you need is to put kefir grains with pasterized milk, cover it with

normally in room tempture, 24 hr without ordinary milk, it dies, in fridge,
