babies, although many physicians nowadays behave as if they have such rights

Or are you talking about the physical and emotional consequence that a
patient can accept as a result of multiple cesareans?

不过在美国，也的确变相存在产妇选择生产方式受限的问题--因为基本上所有保险都不
管病人selective c-section，只有医生认为孕妇的病史和现况最好是剖的时候选剖，
保险才cover。
