patient's room specially for that patient? I know that for a patient with
contact infection. we usually leave a stethoscope in the patient room.

minimize any in-and-out when pt is in isolation. For contact isolation, you
wear gang and gloves, for airborne isolation, you wear gang, gloves, AND
mask. You still have to wear gang and gloves eventhough it is not contact
isolation, right? Contact isolation is two points--gang and gloves, because
the organism only stay on the suface of material, it doesn't spread into the
